“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from early mornings sometimes bothered us, the room should have at...

“We had such a lovely stay at Alizo Boutique Hotel and Spa. The hotel is super modern, our room was really nice, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible — such a fantastic choice of food. What really made the stay, though, was the service. Everyone we met was so welcoming and helpful. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening, which was exceptional.
