Gîte du Domaine du Haut Perron near the Beauval ZooParc

The Gîte du Domaine du Haut Perron is located on the tourist route of the Cher Valley in the wine village of Thésée-la-Romaine. You will stay in a former winemaker's house with an area of 120 m² completely restored to new and tastefully furnished since May 2014 in order to offer you maximum comfort. Our Gîte is ideal for spending family holidays or meeting up with friends. Its geographical location allows different members of a family or a group of friends to come together to share pleasant moments and discover our region. You will be at the heart of our wine estate where we will be happy to welcome you and share with you our passion for this profession. The Gîte du Domaine du Haut Perron is designed to accommodate 4 to 10 people. You will have the choice either to rent only the ground floor (capacity: 4 to 5 people), or to rent the entire gîte.

The ground floor consists of:

- a living room (40 m²): table, chairs, sideboard, sofa with chaise longue, TV unit, television.
- a fully equipped kitchen (24 m²): 3-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
- a laundry room: washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, table and iron.
- a bedroom (18 m²): 1 160 cm bed + 2 bedside tables + 2 bunk beds separated by a semi-closed partition, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 1 office - bathroom: WC, sink on furniture, shower, towel dryer, hair dryer.

The floor consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet:

- Bedroom 2 (13 m²): 1 160 cm bed + 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 1 desk - bathroom: WC, sink on furniture, shower, towel dryer, hairdryer.
- Bedroom 3 (18m²): 1 140 cm bed + 2 bedside tables + 2 bunk beds, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 1 office - bathroom: WC, washbasin on furniture, shower, towel dryer, hairdryer.

You will enjoy an enclosed outdoor space, currently under development. The garden furniture and the barbecue are at your disposal if you wish to take your meals outside.
