Entrance in a magnificent fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and all the equipment is new...overlooking a large living room. The dining room, a large table, some beautiful crockery - a raclette and fondue set for the winter evenings, at the foot of the wood stove (wood provided). In the living room, a flat screen television and its DVD player, a coffee table, 2 sofas to relax after a good day, with the view of the mountains and an access to the terrace, by the 2 sliding doors. The wooden terrace with a view of the roofs awaits you for the pleasure of your eyes and the magic of this exceptional view, summer and winter alike and as the seasons go by. If the weather allows it, it is ideal to have breakfast, to read, etc. Still on the ground floor: a bedroom, spacious and comfortable, 1 double bed of 140, you have the choice between a duvet of 240x260, a fleece blanket, an American bolster and 2 pillows of 65x65. A bathroom with a shower cubicle, a vanity unit with 2 basins, and a large mirror, and a separate WC. Another bedroom: of 4 single beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 1 of them being trundle bed, duvet and pillows. A baby's cot can be put in the 3 bedrooms on request. Upstairs, a bedroom, spacious and comfortable with a roof window with a view of the olive trees, 1 double bed of 160, and you have the choice between a duvet of 240x260, a fleece blanket, an American bolster and 2 pillows of 65x65. A mezzanine with a sofa-bed, a coffee table, a small lounge corner with library; is very enjoyed by the children. Our rental house is decorated with old items from the house and the region, you will find on site, a large summer and winter tourism documentation about our beautiful region as well as a guest book with comments of our previous holiday makers, we will advise you on your excursions and on the various and rich activities. In summer, a barbecue is left at your disposal, and in winter we provide the wood. Rates: Rental on request: Bath towels: (1 towel and 1 shower towel) €5 per person, sheets, €9 per bed. Hand towels and crockery provided for free for the kitchen. It is mandatory to put a bottom sheet and 1 flat sheet per bed, with the duvet, thank you.
