What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager. I only wish we could have stayed longer! If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely stay again!

We took our group of guys/teens to the Move Conference and stayed here. I would give this place an A+ rating. Would be even better in the warmer months to actually be able to go swimming. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for our vacation, as we were going to Wild Adventures. Large open concept to allow for great family fun and enjoyment. Pool was fenced in away from the home so it made for a relaxing weekend with no worries! I definitely recommend this property. All the rules worried me, but I quickly realized they must have to state all the guidelines so their property remains such a great place to visit!! We all had a wonderful time!

This was our first time using Vrbo and booking a house. Communication with the host was great! She was available to answer all of our questions and concerns. It was a great location for what we had planned with the children at wild adventure. Stores were accessible and just a short distance away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful when you drive up. The house is very nice and it smelled amazing walking in. This host had everything we needed and then some. Everyone had enough space to roam and be together if they wanted (teens). The kids enjoyed the pool and all of the lily pads in the pond. We all had fun watching the baby frogs. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Coffee and tea selections were good. There was hand sanitizer and Lysol spray when we arrived. We really felt at home with this house. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing time with family and friends.

The property was better than what advertised with lots of acccommodations and amenities. The propert was very clean inside. The only small complaint is that the outdoor spaces front, poor, patio, and decked could have swept and cleaned.

Overall a Good place to stay , calm and quite and nice house. Pool was also awesome and backyard was big. Owner of property was also super quick and responsive. Couple of issues that concerned us was the internet speed which was very slow and there were roaches and flyes that was getting inside the house.

10 guys on a golf trip to Kinderlou Forest in Valdosta. We were pleased with the property. With 10 guys, we had to make use of the couches and air mattresses for sleeping. The house had everything we needed and was very well kept and clean.

We rented this property because our eldest son was getting married to his now wife in Georgia. The property was absolutely amazing relaxing and inviting. It had pretty much everything that we needed and more. The owner allowed us to have the rehearsal dinner at the property. And whenever we need anything they were very accommodating. If we ever go back to Georgia or if my son goes back with his wife to visit her family this would definitely be the first choice for my family to stay at.

The property was great, big enough to have you own space, or room to congregate. The weather was great. We were able to utilize the outdoor space, grill, and pool. I was not sure about an above ground pool, but it was perfect for a relaxing float. The cypress pond was beautiful. I was surprised about the owner request after the acceptance on VRBO. Request for photo ID. The week before our arrival, a short term tenant contract the May have been 10 pages long that she requested be signed and returned. I’ve not had other properties owners. I never saw an attachment paper clip using the VRBO app on my iPhone. I also don’t have ability to print from my iPhone. Don’t get me wrong, she was always professional and polite. This is a neighborhood with large lots. I would recommend for families.

The process from booking to checking out from this property was great. Delphine answered any questions we had before our stay. And the property manager was available if we needed her during our stay. The property is so beautiful and peaceful, the moment we walked into the house we were amazed by how beautiful and spacious the house was and how clean and organized everything was. The kitchen had everything you would need and more, my family enjoyed the coffee and tea station very much. The backyard is a dream and it was so relaxing to sit there and take in the view. And the pool and pool deck made this the perfect getaway. I would most certainly recommend this property!!

Delphine was prompt with her responses and the house was perfect! Fully stocked with the necessities. We were shocked with all of the coffee and pantry items available. We had a great stay and will definitely be back when our conference is hosted here again.

VERY INTIMATE AND PEACEFUL - this is the getaway that you and your family need....spacious and efficient for outdoor and indoor living. My family took full advantage of the firepit and the patio grill. We took quiet walks throughout the neighborhood! WE overworked Alexa with playlists that included meditation, gospel, old school, and top ten music We enjoyed the featured coffees and teas of the coffee corner, cooked and shared family meals in the kitchen and dining room. We played board games and read books. We slept peacefully in the beautiful spacious bedrooms. WE enjoyed the best cheeseburgers at Ella's!! Amanda, the property manager, responded in a timely fashion to our questions. Family is already planning to return! Enjoy a V.ERY I.NTIMATE AND P.EACEFUL trip to Valdosta!

We had an amazing time. The property was immaculately clean. The location was great with easy access into the city and highway. I arrived early and the home owner was able to accommodate me for a reasonable fee. We will be returning later this year. The property owners were able to assist and answer questions immediately. Excellence and professionalism at its best ‼️
