It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 2,200 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises :

Ground floor
- A 25 m² living room with sofa bed, dining area... which opens onto a large 20m² terrace with furniture, overlooking the canopy (south-facing)
- A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A separate WC

1st floor
- Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : Bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- A shower room adjoining both bedrooms with shower and washbasin (towels and hygiene products provided)

Outside
- A balcony adjoining bedroom 1, offering a panoramic view of the river, the treetops and the château de Thouars.
- 2,200 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees and leading down to the river (the Thouet)
- A pontoon for fishing or canoeing
- A 6-person Jacuzzi, open all year round.

The pavilion is ideally located in Thouars, in very pleasant surroundings. Just 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1? hours from the Marais Poitevin, the location is ideal for taking advantage of all the activities in the Poitou-Charentes and Vendée regions, as well as for relaxing and recharging your batteries in the midst of nature.

The entire property is at the disposal of our guests, who have complete independence to enter and leave the property, which is secured by a gate that our guests can use by remote control. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
