“Beautiful property on the shore of St. Lawrence River. We stayed in Cabin #1, which was clean, kitchen adequately equipped. Only caveat is this cabin is at the base of a surprisingly long stairway (we were told cabin was accessed by stairs, but not this many!), so moving in and out of the unit required significant aerobic ability. Also living room is oddly narrow, not a great family gathering area. But, wow! the view. We’ll definitely return, but stay in another cabin (hopefully #3, which is...

“By far my favorite rental we have ever stayed in. Both the house and the boathouse were clean and beautifully furnished. The dock was easy to navigate with a boat, and the view from the front porch was stunning. The island was very quiet and peaceful, with lots of wildlife all around. The house was well furnished and stocked, but you will need to bring your own shower toiletries. Boat rentals are available from Clayton Marina and include a free slip and a parking spot for trips into town. ”

Problems: beds are hard, the main „queen“ bed is two twins pushed together but the seam isn‘t connected so we kept falling through the middle and it was too small. ‚Would’ve chosen something else had I known. “Great place to stay if you are planning to fish at Chaumont Bay, Cape Vincent, Lake Ontario. Property is easy to park a boat at night… close access to all towns and food places if you want to explore or hang out grill and sit by fireplace.. there are many boats ramps to use which was great for our needa”
