It is a lovely property, beautiful view from the front porch with great landscaping that attracts lots of birds! The coffee maker was a great touch and everything in the suite was great quality. Highly recommended!

Wonderful! New property, great location, beautifully designed. We loved our stay! Great location minutes from Sequoia National Park. I was thankful for the coffee with assortment of creamer and sweetener.

This has to be the best property in Three Rivers! It was perfect for our 3 night stay to visit SNP & KCNP. Convenient, clean, quiet, and well-stocked. Enjoyed the game courts too!No laundry available, but otherwise perfect.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was close to amenities but also secluded for privacy. Super quiet and peaceful. The property outdoor space is really fun, clean and neat. Indoors felt like a brand new place. 100% Recommend and would return.

This was such a nice place. It had so much fun stuff to enjoy while we were there. Tried our hand at pickleball and played some shuffle board. Fun to do at the end of the day. Had everything we needed. We loved it.

Perfect location near Sequoia National Park! Literally 15 minutes from the Ash Mountain entrance. The cottage is clean, updated and has everything you need. Quiet little area. Open floor plan but really spacious. Was the perfect place for us and our stay. It was a little too hot for us to enjoy the outside facilities of the putting green and shuffleboard , but it looks like that would be fun in cooler weather!Hosts instructions for arrival and checkout were fantastic. And a great book of tips and places to eat was also helpful.

Everything was exceptional! Beautiful property and unit. Since the weather didn’t cooperate for us to go up the mountain we really enjoyed the pickleball and shuffleboard. We would love to come back when the weather is nicer. This would be a great property to come up with multiple families. 8 units in total.

Very clean room with a nice open space. Comfortable couches and TV to relax when you’re winding down, visible from the bed as well. The kitchen and tea kettle was a plus. Host was responsive to any questions, and the property itself looks brand new and in great condition. It was perfect for my wife and I as we visited Sequoia. Highly recommend.

Room had a bad smell from the sink area and fridge. Also, charging was not included. Did not post anything about being a paid charger and rate. Host was friendly and responsive. That's why I gave another star.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee watching the birds and listening to them sing. The landscaping was well done. Parking was right by the door. The yard games were entertaining. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Beautiful place to stay.

Completely exceeded our expectations!! This property was private but still close to the main road. It’s a great location if you’re visiting Sequoia or Kings Canyon. The property was new, clean and so well maintained. I loved having breakfast out on the front porch. We stayed one night and my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The amenities outside the property would have been so fun to partake in. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!! I promise, you won’t regret it.
