Good hotel, right in downtown with ability to walk to bars, breweries, National Comedy Center, Ice Rink, restaurants and coffee shops. They have a pool, which I saw some families use. Parking was free and we felt safe where we were.

Rustic vibe, but it had everything I needed. Hot water was quick and plentiful, wifi worked well, etc. The driveway is quite steep and my car is rather underpowered, so I'm glad I had dry weather.
