The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility, and opens directly onto a south-facing balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and also benefits from direct access to a south-facing balcony, enjoying the same magnificent mountain scenery. This room includes a private shower and WC. The second bedroom features 2 bunk beds with 2 levels each, with individual berths measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or groups. A separate bathroom and an additional independent WC complete the sanitary facilities of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.
