1st time back in 8 yrs. Views were amazing! Property was gorgeous, comfortable furniture, good dishes etc. Only surprise was the very tight parking(sideways) & interesting way to exit off the hill. We loved doing the hikes, beaches, & of course getting Tillamook Ice Cream

The location and views are wonderful. Kitchen floor wasn’t totally clean. I discovered at checkout that everything I put in the freezer was 100% defrosted. There is no telescope as depicted in the photos. Biggest issue was the downstairs mattress - I’ve never seen one so lopsided. My daughter tried leveling it off with pillows and towels. Kitchen lighting was lackluster. Below the cabinets light s are burnt out. The overhead kitchen light was also burnt out so I took a bulb from another lamp.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, cozy, well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating in. The bed downstairs was broken, so we couldn’t sleep down there as we would have preferred, but we notified the managers and they were very responsive. They allowed us to check out late for free for the trouble. We also realized this morning ad we were packing our cooler that the freezer hasn’t been working—our freezer he packs were liquid and it’s just room temp down there. Fridge seems fine. Thankfully we didn’t have anything in the freezer we were worried about. Beside those two minor issues, we were happy with everything. Thank you!!

Super schön. Das Haus ist modern, sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das schönste war der Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht und das Meer - sehr angenehmes Meeresrauschen

Home that is better than pictures. Good for a couple or 4 at the most. Views are amazing, well stocked with kitchen appliances (minus some common things like butter, spices, coffee, oils…might be stocked later as summer goes on) which are needed because the small charming town of Oceanside is very sleepy which we loved, cooked meals in most nights with groceries from a stop in Tillamook. Great outdoor recommendations. wifi worked as well. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay, but there were some issues that we should note. The door lock mechanism is tricky. You need to enter the numbers quickly or it will time out. The radiant floor heat was not responsive and maintenance needed to bring us 2 portable heaters when it was still 59 degrees after 3 hours. Once warmed up - we were able to maintain the temperature. Lightbulbs are out over the upstairs table and upstairs bathroom.

The view is unbelievable and the location of this home is prime. Whales, pelicans, puffins - you name it - we saw it. The beach is filled with Agates and there is so much to do nearby. The wifi is horrible, so if you plan on streaming video or working, this is not the place for you. The pictures showed a telescope, which we would have loved, but there was non in the house. We fought over the binoculars.

Wow, what an awesome property. All was as advertised and as reviewed. My only suggestions: send directions and a map, and warn that there is NO cell service in this town. Loved finding the book "I am Karla's Smokehouse". What a treasured reminder of Tillamook County culinary history, and personally meant a lot for me as Karla was my aunt's childhood best friend and a life long family friend. May her memory be a blessing. Miss her and her smoked fish. One of a kind.

Beautiful, sparkling clean cottage nestled on a hill with clear ocean view from both floors and decks. The waves put us to sleep each night. The sunsets were dazzling. A truly remarkable cottage and setting.

The property was great and just as described. So kudos to the owner. Vacasa the property management company never responded to my 2 requests for information. Everything is an automatic text or e mail versus a personalized approach. I prefer working directly with the owner and/or having someone respond to my inquiry versus an auto reply.

First of all, you almost can't go wrong in Oceanside. If you think a 180 degree ocean view is a luxury, 90% of the houses have one, as the town literally crawls up the side of a mountain. So this house isn't special in that regard. However, my family of four did find the place perfect for a few nights on the Coast. My daughters shared the queen upstairs off the dining room, and my husband and I shared the queen downstairs. They got the nicer bathroom; we got the living room for after they were asleep. (The bed downstairs is tucked into a corner in the living room, and the owners would admit, I'm sure that it's a little weird. The place really is a one bedroom. That said, it works just fine.) As a cook, I appreciated the high-quality pots and pans, nicer coffee maker, Kitchen Aid gear, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked. The balconies are perfect for lounging and watching the sunset, and standing at the kitchen sink. you stare out at the vast Pacific. The walk down to the beach takes about 10 minutes (smooth road but steep-ish), and of course you can drive. And once there, the tide pools will suck you in for hours.
