“Stayed here over a long weekend to get some skiing in at Park City. Had a group of about 30, it slept everyone comfortably and the space was excellent. Great hot tub and pool, plenty of beds to go around, a large open space in the main hall and a ton of activities to be found around the house and property. Parking was a breeze, we had plenty of privacy, and we were only about a half hour drive from Mountain Village in PC. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group! ”

“The accommodations and appliances are very nice and more than adequate. The rooms are great. Having two bathrooms is very convenient. The problems are with the property. There is ongoing construction which is noisy and an eyesore. The view has been compromised by a construction pit with mud, debris and heavy equipment. The internet is too slow and the TV selection is clumsy. We are not streaming and it’s difficult to find a channel line up with local news and weather. ”

“This unit has wonderful mountain views. Unfortunately, there was a very foul odor upon arriving that lasted our entire stay. We purchased 2 wall deodorizers. No help. Maintenance made attempts but could not get rid of the strong foul odor. I could not recommend staying in this unit even with its beautiful views.”

“Overall we were very pleased. The home is very nice and the views are amazing. Very clean and close to town. A great place to unwind from our days of baseball and mountain biking. Just be careful with the driveway. It's a bit steep and might cause some issues for vehicles without high clearance. ”

“Tried a residence while we were here. Totally worth the extra money. Super spacious with kitchen and balcony. In residence laundry and ample closet space a plus. Soaking tub in primary bathroom was very luxurious. Great for families and longer stays. ”

“My family and I loved this place. The only thing I would change is the registration.. there is no reception and for the check out it was very confusing what to do with the keys. At the ens we left them inside the unit since the checkout office was closed. The property was really clean and new. I would come back when I'm back to Park City.”
