This bright 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is furnished in a modern beach style and features a south-facing balcony; it’s located on a quiet cul-de-sac yet still in a central location. The beach is just a short walk away!
The apartment is located on the first floor and was completely renovated in 2016, featuring new furniture and light-colored wood-look tiles.
The apartment is allergy-friendly.

The modern and bright living room features a flat-screen TV (40 inches) as well as a comfortable corner sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for two people (1.60 m x 2.00 m) if needed.
The high-quality, new built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and ceramic cooktop, along with WMF appliances such as a toaster and electric kettle.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) with high-quality mattresses.
The bathroom has a shower stall with a nearly floor-level entry. A hair dryer is provided.

You can park your bicycles right in front of the house.
A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the house.
In the basement, there is a coin-operated washer and dryer (50-cent coins). The basement is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
