Be careful with this hotel !!!!
They wont never tell you that sauna costs money, so be careful if you go to the spa and wellnes area every day... They can charge you a lot... I visited the area, I used the sauna, no massages done and I had to pay... Aparently swimming pool is for free, but it was empty... I paid for sauna no swimming pool no massages... BE CAREFUL !!! Be careful with airport transfers service organized by the hotel... Ask driver for the invoice/receipt. I was requested to pay again on checking out (im glad I had the receipt)...

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing our hotel. We are very sorry for all your words. Is a fact that the swimming pool was empty but it has e cleaning routine that we can not avoid as is for the secure of you all that are our guests. The sauna is not free of charge, has a cost of only 5 euro, and this is as well mentioned in the facilies of the hotel. Anyway we offer to you our appologisez for all the incovenience.

Bra hotell men en förödande frukost
Helt okej hotell. Motsvarade förväntningarna, om man bortser från gym och spat som var stängt… frukostbuffén var väl sisådär och troligtvis blev jag och mitt sällskap matförgiftade där. Rummen bra, läget bra, städning bra och bemötandet av personalen var också bra. Överkomligt pris.

Fantastic hotel, best location, amazing staff
We absolutely loved staying here! Hotel and staff - great all purpose hotel. Lovely breakfast buffet serving both hot/cold, sweet/savoury food, with a beautiful garden area to eat in. We were amazed at how people that were not guests of the hotel were coming here to eat - some of them we saw multiple times during our stay! The staff could not do enough for us, and I would say we are that couple that have a question/request every time we pass reception! They were able to speak very good English, and were most helpful with any information we needed. Their hospitality and conversations with us were genuine, Room - perfect for a city break, with a very comfortable bed, nice balcony, and all the wash facilities you could need. Safe has a key and also combination, and our room was cleaned daily. Location - could not be better and because it is tucked down a side street, you do not get the noise that I have read on reviews for other hotels in the area. Within a minute walk you have an all purpose shop (Rossman) for toiletries, food and drink etc. Across the road from the shop is Skanderbeg Square. From here you are only a few minutes walk from the main city centre shops. As the area is very flat, you can see most of the main monuments of Tirana easily within one full day like we did if you so wish. There is a very famous bazaar (flea market) within a couple of minutes of the hotel. When we return to Tirana, we will be staying here again!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient location within a short walk to Skanderberg Square and yet, quiet location. Rooms are on the small side but perfectly sufficient. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great small hotel in the heart of Tirana
Very friendly and helpful staff in a great place to stay for a long weekend in Tirana. Hotel is very central but secluded so a good place to unwind on hot days in the city.

The location was fantastic - right in the city centre but tucked away on a side street. Staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast provided, especially the homemade jam! Would definitely stay again.

Litet trevligt hotell
Mycket rent och prydligt. Ligger mitt i Tirana. Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Inget är omöjligt. Har bott på hotellet flera gånger och är alltid lika nöjd.

Buona soluzione in centro
Piccolo hotel in zona centrale, alle spalle di una strada principale. Il presonale è molto cortese e disponibile, non avevano il parcheggio ma mi hanno fatto parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del loro cortile dov'erano anche i tavolini. Mi hanno detto che a breve avranno un parcheggio adiacente. La colazione era buona e varia. Buono il WIFI, zona SPA con una piscina non molto grande e non riscaldata (purtroppo), piccola sauna e bagno turco.

4 stelle ad un prezzo competitivo
L'albergo è veramente centralissimo e situato in una via tranquilla poco distante da strade più trafficate e rumorose. La struttura è dotata di spa e la stanza assegnataci al primo piano era davvero molto bella e spaziosa. Ben arredata e pulita. Buona la colazione (inclusa nella tariffa). Il personale è cortese, tutti parlano inglese e alcuni anche italiano. Consigliato.

Clean, reasonable, nice hotel
First, the lady taking care of reception was very friendly and kind. She asked if she could help so many times. She explained me how to get bus station or how to use safety box or whatever I asked, of course in fluent English.I thank her for the help. Room was clean and quiet, compact but nice for single person. Bath room was also clean. The hotel doesn't face to large street but you can find signs of the hotel o road and arrive without google map. The main square is in walking distance and many restaurants and Kiosks are along with the streets. There are bus stations surrounding the square. The breakfast was also good. More choices of foods comparing to the ones in western Europe or USA. 4 star hotel but fairly reasonable price. There was a brochure that explained the cost of using sauna, spa, or massage ( we should read carefully hotel's terms of service in advance ) Unfortunately I had no time to receive those service though, I would try to take them next time I visit this hotel.

Very good location. Helpful staff. Comfortable.
It is a very nice hotel well located, close to main streets and easy to walk around. The staff is very nice and helpful (special thanks to receptionist Milena) always trying to make your life easier. Rooms are very good and clean. Recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel
The room, though small, was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the centre of Tirana in a busy area but is very quiet as it is situated in a side street. The breakfast buffet was quite good although very limited hot food. There is no restaurant in the hotel other than breakfast which is disappointing but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There is a spa with a sauna and plunge pool. I would have liked the water in the pool to be warmer as it was too cold to swim for long. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist even ironed my shirts and didn’t want to be paid! All in all, a great place to stay.

Will stay here again
The hotel is very centrally located, it is relatively small in size but had everything we needed. The room was a good size with a large bathroom and shower cubicle. The bed was very comfortable and wide and the TV had a good range of channels showing movies in English. The room was spotless and has a fridge/mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was included and consisted of a wide range of options including made to order omelettes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a small indoor swimming pool and spa in the basement.

Hadde et godt opphold. Rent stort rom, stille AC og veldig hyggelig betjening. Hotellet er plassert i en bakgate så brukte 5 ekstra minutter på å finne det. Anbefales!
