The ideal starting point for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

  • Bellavista is a recently renovated apartment equipped with everything needed to offer our guests a very pleasant, independent stay. Located just a few meters from the beautiful Basilica of Tirano—from which you’ll enjoy a spectacular view—as well as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, and a playground, it is 1 km from both the Italian and Swiss train stations, the latter being the departure and arrival point for the Bernina Express.
    From Tirano, you can reach the ski lifts in Aprica, Bormio, and Diavolezza in Switzerland in half an hour. St. Moritz and Livigno are just over an hour away.
    Private parking is available right outside the house.

    Starting March 1, 2025, upon arrival, you will be required to pay, in cash, the
    tourist tax
    of €2 per night per person (for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights, excluding children under 12 years of age), payable to the Municipality of Tirano.

wonderful appartment :)

Everything was great ... Tirano is very beautiful and ideal for starting hiking and Mountainbiking. Appartment is top and Isabella is a very nice host.

I wish I could give this over 5 stars. Isabella is the best host and made my travels so easy. The location must be the best in the whole town, a beautiful view from the balcony! Everything I needed was provided and check in/out was very easy. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Isabella!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Isabella war super freundlich und der Kontakt mit ihr sehr verlässlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist super schön und zentral gelegen. Es gibt insgesamt nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war super!

Beautiful apartment, close to the train station and Swiss border. Amenities very close. Isabella was friendly, accomodating and helpful

This place was fantastic in every way. Clean, modern, spacious and centrally located. We were there to take the train and her apartment is 12 minutes walking, right near the main Basilica Plaza. We had everything we needed and even received excellent tips and advice on which stops and hikes to do in the area from Isabella, who was such a wonderful, kind hearted host. The only regret we have is that we couldn't have stayed longer. Definitely worth it! Thanks so much Isabella! Josh and Camila

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, arredato di recente. Isabella è stata molto gentile e disponibile anche a fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e dove andare a mangiare.

Excellent base to explore the local surroundings, particularly the Bernina Express into the Swiss Alps. Accommodation was very clean and central to train station and great value with local restaurants very near by. Isabella, the host was very friendly, welcoming and informative for local information. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and it was charming to hear the local church bells ringing daily.

The property was exactly as described... And Isabella was very lovely and informative. You can tell she is very proud of her property, and her town. She shared all of the interesting aspects of the area, and you can tell she wants you to love it as much as she does..

A Isabella é uma excelente anfitriã, simpática, acolhedora e didática. Deu várias opções de passeios e da cidade. Seu espaço é especial, confortável e muito bem montado, inclusive nos menores detalhes. Pode fazer sua reserva pois, além do acima, o local está pretíssimo de comércios e da Catedral. Peça a Isabela a dica da pizzaria, vale o jantar.

Isabella is the perfect host. She was so helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by ordering us a taxi for when we left (we had so much luggage we decided not to walk to the train). The apartment is very clean and has all you need. It’s in a beautiful location and only 15 minute walk to the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking with Isabella.

Bel appartement, refait à neuf, très bon séjour

Appartement calme, très bien placé, proche des commodités et du sanctuaire Notre Dame de Tirano. C'est au deuxième et dernier étage (sans ascenseur). L'accès est au niveau du magasin Idea Bagno. Isabella est une hôtesse attentive et disponible. Tout s'est bien passé. Idéal pour faire l'excursion du Bernina Express.

Einfach Super

Aufenthalt war schön . Sehr schöne, geräumige und saubere Apartment, zentral gelegen . Nähe Basilika , einwenig laut von Hauptstrasse hinten ! Ein sehr netter Empfang durch den Gastgeberin Isabella und eine nette Erklärung über die Möglichkeiten und Attraktionen der Region ! Wir werden sicherlich zur gleichen Adresse zurückkehren !

Spring in Tirano

The BELLAVISTA apartment has been recently refurbished and is equipped with everything one might ever need. It is very spacious and beautifully styled, with a balcony from where the view of the Madonna Basilica and the mountain ranges can be enjoyed. We have spent 10 days there and felt really at home, also because of the private touch of the house surrounded by a nice garden. It is obvious that Isabella (and her mother !) are very dedicated to their job of looking after the guests and the apartment. They are very friendly, helpful and absolutely reliable. Another big advantage: Shops (bakery, butcher, drugstore, grocery) are only a 2-minutes walk away. To cut it short: BELLAVISTA is a highly recommendable place to stay at.

Un soggiorno perfetto

L'appartamento è pulitissimo, silenziosissimo, luminoso e decisamente confortevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e già abbiamo voglia di ritornarci. Inoltre, lo consiglio per la collocazione strategica: con una piccola passeggiata a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione del treno della Bernina, mentre a mezz'ora di macchina si giunge alla stazione sciistica di Aprica e a meno di quaranta minuti si arriva a Bormio e alle sua terme.

Mooi, ruim appartement

Mooi, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Van een volledig ingerichte keuken tot een heerlijke douche tot zelfs beschikking over een wasmachine. Isabella is hartelijk, heeft tips voor de omgeving en antwoordt vlot op vragen. Het enige nadeel is dat het warm was toen wij er waren (33 gr) en hoewel het buiten s avonds weer wat afkoelde, bleef het in het appartement warm. Gelukkig bracht Isabella een ventilator en dat hielp (twee had nog fijner geweest, 1 voor elke slaapkamer). Het dorpje is leuk om een dagje door te brengen en natuurlijk móet je de treinrit naar St. Moritz doen!
