“Friendly and helpful people there”

“Located in the city centre, access to shopping and citywide attractions make this property a great value for money”

“Good stay ”

“Quite location. Swimming pool is an attraction albeit not for us. The bathroom could be cleaner. The operation of the flush was difficult.”

“I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. ”

“The sheets were cleaned but they were not white anymore.”

“Poor customer service. Doesn’t even know how to talk to customers.”
