  • A wonderful, relaxing vacation awaits steps away from Lake Jordan. Dogwood Cottage is a premier luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath that sleeps 6 with a King bed, Queen Murphy Bed and queen sleeper sofa. A covered porch with ceiling fans overlooking the lake invites you to sit in the rockers for your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon nap in the twin size bed swing in the screened area. Surrounded by trees, the sounds of nature and the gentle breeze make stress disappear. Marvel in the majestic evening sunsets while soaking in the hot tub or sitting around the lakeside fire pit. Just a 5 minute walk to The Pointe which offers various activities most weekends including inflatables, food trucks, live music and pontoon rentals. Located 12 miles from Wetumpka, as featured on HGTV, with several restaurants, boutiques, art exhibits, casino, kayak and paddle board rentals. Several nearby biking and hiking trails. Hot tub, canoe, grill, swim and boat dock available on site for use. Football fans alert--We are 50 miles from Auburn and have RV parking available. Our family recently spent four days at Dogwood Cottage on beautiful Lake Jordan. The cottage was fantastic and the hosts, Mike and Carla, were very gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful lakeside experience!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Dogwood Cottage. It was extremely relaxing and the perfect reset we needed. The cottage was fully stocked with everything you could need. Each morning we had coffee out on the dock, fished each day, and even rented a boat that we docked on the property. The hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

We had a fabulous stay at Dogwood Cottage. The accommodations were everything we could ask for in a rental. The host was available when needed and quick to answer our questions. The vacation cottage was nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the location surrounded by nature.

This is a beautiful property. The house was immaculate. The amenities were great. Loved the back porch. The views of the lake were beautiful and it was very peaceful and relaxing. Especially enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very attentive and was helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay! The home was absolutely immaculate and looked even better than the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Our group had the best time, especially fishing — it was definitely a highlight of the trip.The host was wonderful and very accommodating, even allowing us to stay a little longer, which we really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This cozy lake home was perfect for our short getaway from all the city life. Even though it rained most of the time while we were there, the bed swing on the screened-in porch was an absolute hit! The location was very convenient to the fun little town of Wetumpka so we did some shopping there in our free time. Would highly recommended this place! The owner was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions.Have no regrets at all. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

This property is beautiful! The moment we walked in- new house smell and everything was neat and clean! The kitchen has high end appliances and loved the farm sink. The porch was so nice to sit out on with the fans to provide a nice breeze. I loved the bed swing in the screened in portion. The shower with the dual heads was so relaxing. We loved sunning on the dock. The Host were nice and answered our questions quickly. We will be back again! We even got to see deer on the next door neighbors property one night!
