Неплохой отель,очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене,различные варианты размещения,на любой вкус.у нас был children's room.очень удобное вариант для пары с ребенком.состояние мебели удовлетворительное.мы были в декабре,обогревались кондером,маленькая комната плохо прогревалась,но спать было хорошо.ресторан был на ремонте,завтрак подавали в номер,правда,первый день без приборов( целом все понравилось,местоположение прекрасное,до моря пара минут.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Magnolia. The room was big, spacious and had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was amazing, the best of our four different hotels through our Balkan trip. Catered well for vegetarians and vegans. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the kitchenette had no utensils so it is kind of wasted.

Hårda sängar, nära till det mesta, dåligt att frukosten öppnar 7.30 och inte heller stort utbud. Omöjligt att hitta parkering i närheten, fel priser på restaurangen.

Montenegro Wedding

Visiting Montenegro for a wedding. The Magnolia is in a great location with numerous cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel room was a great size and extremely clean.

Ensimmäisenä iltana ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kovin hyvin. Huonetta ei siivottu, ennenkuin kutsui siivoojan ilmastoinnin ohjauspaneelista, josta meille ei kerrottu. Huoneen siivous oli puolivillaista. Siivouksen jälkeen oli vain yksi pyyhe, vessapaperia ei oltu tuotu. Respan työntekijät olivat melko tympeitä.

Great place to stay

Apartment was clean and spacious, much bigger than expected. The service was great and it was a good location to get to Porto Montenegro.

Svårslagen service!

Otroligt bra service där vi fick hjälp med allt! Bad specifikt om separata sängar, men det fanns inte tillgänglig. Då uppgraderades vårt rum till en suite med fin utsikt! Fick återkommande hjälp efter att vi checkat ut och kom tillbaka med behov av hjälp. Oslagbar service från personalen, rekommenderas starkt!

Below Expectations

Location - Difficult for access for people with limited mobility. The reception was up one flight of stairs and to access the rooms a further flight of stairs to gain access to the lift. Reception Staff - were very helpful, but were unfortunately weren't helped by the remainder of the hotel staff who were less than efficient. Room Cleanliness - when we entered our room we were immediately aware of a lack of attention from the housekeeping staff. Rubbish from previous occupants had been left in one of the drawers and the balcony was littered with rubbish from above. Chairs - only one chair was present on the balcony, this and the table were left in a dirty condition. Cups - only one cup and saucer were available in the room when we arrived. Fridge - there was no fridge in the room, we only realised this after a few days. Maintenance Poor - the shower was leaking at the shower head when we arrived, we had 3 different shower heads during our stay. Toilets & Basins not cleaned daily Cups & drinking glasses not cleaned on a daily basis. we have never experienced this in any other hotel we have stayed in. Breakfast - The breakfast was poor, the same everyday with no choice whatsoever. Coffee Machine - the coffee machine in the breakfast room was often out of service, no attempt was made by the staff to be proactive and offer to make coffee, we always needed to ask. Breakfast Service - the staff in the breakfast room were disinterested, preferring to read their newspapers and chat.

Good position, nice staff and prices below average

The plus of the hotel is the position, the size of the rooms and above all the courtesy of the staff. In general, all the staff were nice and available and did their best to accomodate our requests. Rates are in our opinion lower than average.

Would not recommend

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. We booked a bigger and nicer room which we got but the room itself (especially the bathroom needs to be redone!) the shower had a leakage and had been taped and the drain was sp clogged you could barely take a 2 min shower! The breakfast is awfully poor and not tasty and the wifi did not work in the room (sometimes close to the door with low signal) we complained about the wifi but nothing changed. It is very difficult to find free parking around the area so we had to pay for parking in garage.

Good for the price

In general, good for the price. Breakfast was disappointment but location and room were very good.

One night in what appeared to be a suite - ie a bedroom with double bed and a separate sitting room/ mini kitchen with a single bed. Bathroom had a washing machine ( which smelled) and a tardis style shower. Best thing was a fluffy bath robe with no belt. Hadn't seen any fluffy towels all week in Montenegro. Nice to know it is possible. I marked the room cleanliness down as, despite no smoking policies these are not enforced and the room smelt of smoke and dust. Breakfast was an orderly line, prompt. Order proper coffee from the bar if that's important for you. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good Location Hotel but it can improve

Pros: Good location | Cons:There were only two plates in the room, no small spoon, no soap for cleaning the dishes, door of the room was hard to open + making a sound, bathroom ventilation was making loud noise.

Friendly & Helpful Staff but disappointing hotel

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is in need of investment, thick mould around the shower, curtains falling down, thin duvet, sink feel out of worktop, furniture old, restaurant closed, breakfast served in another hotel 5 mins away. Hotel is near to marina but needs updating. The price therefore reflects this. I do not wish to run this hotel down, in the end 'you get what you pay for' so just don't expect 5*.
