French doors from the sitting room open onto an enclosed courtyard with views over the delightful cottage garden. Bampton is perfectly situated for exploring Exmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Somerset. The owner grew up on Exmoor and can give advice on walks and activities and can provide maps and excellent routes for walking or driving and where best to see the iconic red deer and Exmoor ponies.
