Hosts Andy and Anya were very welcoming and property was very clean. Nice touch of leaving us the essentials for our stay and a lovely bottle of wine too! We would highly recommend staying at this amazing property.

Would happily stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights at the farm with my teenage son. A very warm welcome and a comfortable stay. The bubbly and fresh eggs from the farm were a lovely kind touch, and everything was spotlessly clean. Would happily stay again.

Unusual property, but we loved it. Fantastic hot tub to ourselves, biggest bed you could ever find and comfortable. Plenty of land to explore and we fed some very friendly geese and sat by a pond and relaxed. Lovely owners who made us feel welcome.

This property is stunning. Andy and Anja are so friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had a LOT of rain but still had the best time here.

Short Break

Had a lovely short break in Tiverton. Andy & Anya were very welcoming, giving a short tour on arrival & leaving amenities for our use. The Annexe was very clean & the bed ever so comfy!! Very close to Tiverton town centre for shops & the Devon countryside for excursions. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area!!

Amazing stay and hosts

We booked to stay at Bradford farm for a long weekend with my family, from the booking to the communications to the actual stay was all just perfect! The grounds are beautiful where we could go over to feed the ducks and geese. We also got to meet the family dogs which were super friendly!! We had our own private hot tub room which was a massive hit and our own private garden! Anja and Andy were great, they made sure there was clean towels and toiletries for all Aswell as essentials such as teas coffee etc they went out of there way to make sure there was a few extras for both us and the kids. (Biscuits/bubbly) on arrival! We would defiantly recommend Both the house and hosts, nothing was too much for them, they was both happy to recommend places and things to do for us all.

Lovely break in beautiful Devon countryside

Our trip to Devon was a last minute arrangement, so we were quite curious upon our arrival to Bradford farm, but we immediately fell in love with it, the place is newly refurbished with modern kitchen, very well equipped, bedroom with huge bed and sofa bed, so for family of 4 it was perfect. Our kids loved playing with the dogs, feeding ducks and visiting chickens on the grounds of this magnificent property. We spent days visiting interesting places, going to the beaches about 35 min drive, you don’t even need to bring your beach towels, Anja has it all ready for you to use. We had a BBQ , enjoyed a glass of wine , watching sunsets. You are not far from so many beautiful spots in this picturesque place. It is only a few miles from supermarkets in Tiverton , so you don’t have far to get your food shopping done. Overall we really loved staying there, and were promised that next year there might be a new jacuzzi, so we will definitely come back!! Thank you Andy and Anja for being such wonderful hosts and making us feel so welcome and so at home.

Countryside retreat.

We enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at this quiet countryside retreat. The perfect place to either kick back and relax in the lovely surroundings the property is set in or use as a base to see the sites that Drvon has to offer. Property was spotless, well appointed and had the added bonus of a huge four poster bed, biggest we've ever slept in and a very relaxing and private hot tub. Hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly, we'll definitely be back again!

Just amazing

We have just returned from an absolutely exquisite week stay with Andy & Anya at their farm. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Famalies 3 dogs all perfect temperament shortly after by Andy & Anya who both welcomed us with arms and gave us a tour. The annex was immaculate, very spacious for a family of 4 and the 4 poster bed was devine. HOTTUB! This personally was one of the features what sold this property to us, it was freshly prepared and even equipped with shampoo etc Endless possibilities to explore on the farm from walks to the hen houses to a brisk walk to lake homed by geese. Andy always asked if our children wanted to collect the eggs or feed the geese which my children thoroughly enjoyed! The location was perfect for us, 30/40 min drive to places such as paignton etc which we could then enjoy peace at the farm on return. Having brought our dog another highlight was having our own private garden which was perfect and fully enclosed for her. The list is endless of enjoyment, both Andy and Anja are perfect hosts, we could of taken just clothes as everything needed was supplied anyway! 10/10 and certainly will be returning.

Beautiful Apartment and great features. The 18 Acres of land is beautiful to explore. Andy and Anja were great, caring and very helpful. I would highly recommend, the pictures dont do it justice, it is extraordinary. Wpuld definitely stay again in the future.

Very relaxing, comfortable accommodation

Very relaxing, comfortable accommodation with friendly helpful hosts. Very generous welcome pack that included a bottle of Prosecco. The hot tub and enormous bed were a god send after long days out. Extremely dog friendly enviroment with an enclosed garden and good walks around the farm.

Great Stay!!

We've never been to Devon on holiday before so wanted somewhere nice and central to explore from and that is exactley what we got! Andy and Anja were the perfect hosts and welcomed us to explore the property as we wished and we certainly never felt in the way at all! The property was clean and perfectly equipped with everything you would need and more, it was Easter weekend during our stay and they very kindly put out Easter treats for our boys, which was greatly appreciated especially by our 5 year old! The hot tub was fantastic as was the huge 4 poster bed which, at points, managed to fit all 4 of us in! I would highly recommend and we would not hesitate to revisit when we next visit the area. Thank you Andy and Anja

Relaxing dog friendly stay.

Excellent week's holiday. Andy and Anja were perfect hosts, from pre-visit questions to a friendly welcome on arrival. Their three well behaved dogs were a bonus. The "Annex" was spotlessly clean and very well stocked, especially the larder which had a larger than expected welcome pack. Everything was good quality and well organised. The hot tub was clean and very warm, a great way to unwind in the evening after a long walk. Our dog loved the grounds and we regularly fed the very friendly ducks and geese from the pontoon. Everywhere was open to us and we never felt "in the way". All in all a great holiday.

Lovely country break

We had a really lovely relaxing break. everything about the location was fantastic. really friendly lovely hosts,who couldn't do enough for us. We loved the whole setup,the property and the wildlife. Just what we were looking for. The property was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was great. We will definitely be returning. Thankyou for a lovely break

Fantastic short staycation !

Having stayed at various holiday lets over the years, we have seen both sides of the coin. Bradford farm is now at the top of our list for a revisit in the future. Fantastic accommodation, far enough out to not be disturbed by the general public but close enough to various locations and amenities. Andy and Anja are perfect hosts, making you feel extremely welcome, nothing is to much trouble whilst also giving you the space to enjoy your time away. The aforementioned four poster bed is a dream and the hot tub is to die for. We cannot thank Andy and Anja enough for opening there home for us to enjoy.

Great place to stay to get away from it all

Andy was very attentive and it was lovely to meet the puppies and his new granddaughter and to feed the ducks. Very grateful for the eggs, jam and biscuits which went down a treat. Would recommend a stay here.

An incredible place to stay in Devon

Myself and my partner had an incredible few days at Bradford Farm in Devon. The property and location were both stunning, the hot tub was amazing and Andy and Anja were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time exploring the local area and even ventured out to the south coast. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone, if you want to get away and relax or if you want to go out and explore this is the perfect place to base your stay

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Bradford Farm. The accommodation was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more besides. Andy and Anja were incredibly welcoming and generous with their land - we loved exploring, bird watching (Kingfisher spotting!), canoeing on the lake and playing with the gorgeous puppies! They recommended places to visit and eat nearby - the walk and cream tea at Tarr Steps was particularly lovely. It was also well located to visit both the north and south Devon coasts, and we enjoyed time at both. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and the week flew by. We’ll certainly be back! Thank you for a very memorable holiday.

Amazing relaxing stay

Our first family holiday away, couldn't have been in a more perfect location. Wonderful grounds to walk around, feeding ducks and playing with puppies were massive bonuses to the lovely Annex and privet garden with bbq. A highlight for us though was the privet hot tub! An amazing experience from start to finish with hosts that couldn't have done more to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Devon, much more than fudge & cream teas (although they’re amazing)!!!

The property was really comfortable & the owners went to great efforts to think of things to make our stay even more so.. from a great selection of of leaflets & maps of places to visit & things to do, to board games, beach towels, Laundry detergent & some toiletries. The grounds of the property are extensive & natural, the owners really encouraged us to explore the grounds & enjoy them during in our stay, which was perfect for us & our little French Bulldog! The hot tub room is brilliant, spacious, relaxing & kitted out with Bluetooth so you can listen to your favourite music whilst chilling out. Great base to explore Devon, thoroughly recommend, lovely property & owners are super helpful & friendly.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed 3 fabulous nights at this property - a proper getaway from it all experience in a delightful setting with shopping and pub amenities just a short distance away. The property is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and make our own meals - including a few items such as tea, coffee and milk to welcome us.Hosts are friendly and accommodating, but not intrusive. Would recommend this for anyone needing to 'recharge their batteries'
