WAIVER:

You understand that property damage, furniture damage and appliances damage is it your own responsibility and you will be charged for it, what ever happened you must tell your host.

You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

HOUSE RULES:

1. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not on the grass or any roadway

2. Occupant/renter may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance or for violating other provisions of this chapter

3. Failure to conform to the parking and occupancy requirements of the structure is a violation of this chapter subject to a citation and fines

4. It is not allowed to smoke inside house

5. No fireworks allowed.

6. No pets

7. Only paid guests allowed on property

8. No Shoes inside property

9. Burn candles inside the house prohibited

10. Fireplace: use only firewood.

11. Shower: keep floor dry

12. Toilet: do not throw trash, toilet paper, feminine hygiene and baby wipes in toilet our septic system very gentle.

13. BBQ & Grill only in a place that is intended for that and please don’t forget to clean and cover grill after use.

14. Quiet hours 10PM - 7AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors and use inside voices remember we are surrounded by mountains and voices easily carry. It is unlawful for any person to maliciously and willfully disturb the peace of any neighborhood, person, or family by loud or unusual noises or by tumultuous and offensive conduct, public indecency, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight, or fight.

15. Amplified music is not permitted outside at any time. Music may not be heard at the property lines whether it is coming from inside the home or outside. If your neighbors can hear the music you are in violation and citation may be issued

16. Cleanup: keep house clean and leave house clean, do not eat and drink in the beds, take all your garbage to the garbage cans outdoor

17. Wash all dishes you used

18. Switch off all electric, and appliance when leaving and set up thermostats at temperature 60F

19. Kids: watch out after your kid. You are responsible for your kids safety.


21. Hide all outdoor cushions and pillows you used inside the storage box before rain or snow make it wet.

22. Check-out: till 11:00 AM. Lock all windows and patio doors and look entrance door and press the button “Yale” than you will hear sound and doors will lock automatically


GUEST ACCESS:

Guest can access all areas of the house and front and back of house except one staff closet at hallway and shed outside is locked. The driveway can accommodate maximum of three cars.

We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an Yale Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

2 lakes, 6 basketball courts, 2 softball fields, 2 bocce ball courts, 6 tennis courts, 6 playgrounds, 1 wall ball court, 4 pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), 9-hole miniature golf (seasonal), 1 pavilion, 2 community gardens, seasonal snack bar, paddle boating (seasonal), kayaking (seasonal), canoeing (seasonal), 1 swimming beach, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating (seasonal), outdoor ping pong, cornhole/bean bags, and 24-hour security.

All amenities within the community are subject to availability.

Passes may be purchased for $12/day per guest for the wristband for the pool. Wristbands can be purchased at the pool via credit card only. Cash is not accepted and kids under 3 are free.

Note: POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

** Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

** We are located in a private gated community which requires guest registration.
