“Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. There's a couple of pubs, shops and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and it's 5 mins up the road from the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Fully recommend a stay here! A recommendation to the hotel would be to provide some instructions/guide in the room on any local amenities as well as how the...

“Mucho ruido, habitaciones sin aislamiento acústico se escucha el respirar de la habitación de al lado, ni te cuento si tienes la oficina de limpieza o almacenaje de toallas o el ascensor al lado, vulnera el primer principio de un hotel, descanso, el poder dormir plácidamente.”

“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid

“I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. The flat needed...

“The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer.”

“The best aspect of this apartment was the location — it was so close to the city center, the colleges, the museums, stores, pubs, restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious but the bathroom and the shower stall were very small, with no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. There was no air conditioning and we had record heat so it was quite oven-like. There was also a dampness to the apartment that got worse in the heat and a smell like a wet basement. We were provided one...
