En general me gustó mucho la estancia, todo está bien, únicamente no hay espacio para abrir tu maleta, pero me imagino que así son todos los hoteles cápsula, fuera de ello todo en general me gustó mucho

It is intimidating at first, but the system there is impeccable. Such an awesome area right on the Yamonote line. I opted for the breakfast & that was the only part that tripped me up because GoogleMaps was no help. The restaurant is a few blocks west & is well worth the money.

bare bones capsule, often no hot hot water for shower, location great for food options including lots of Korean restaurants, only a few minutes walk from Shin Okubo station, room temperature was too cold, I asked for an extra futon, but they said no, not homey vibe. would probably not stay there again

The facilities were clean and there were plenty of showers available. It was in a really good location close to the subway. The mattresses were a bit hard though and others were speaking loudly when we were trying to sleep.

The mattresses are pretty rough, it appears they close off half the showers so you do need to wait to have at times to use the shower. Lastly they will hold your luggage if you get there early on check in day but will not hold your luggage day if you’re checking out.

もう少しわかりやすいと助かったかな シャワー室のドライヤーが分かりづらいのとロッカーが狭いし 外国人がスーツケース広げちゃって奥のロッカー迄声掛けないと行けないとか不便でした

This location opened recently. Facilities were clean although some of the showers had spots of mold. I didn’t see a staff member outside of the check-in assistance I requested. The pod closes to guests between 11am-3pm for maintenance. During this time there is no access to pods, lockers, or showers, but this location is unbeatable. There is plenty to do in the area.

전체적으로 남성들이 지내기에는 가격대비 불평할거 없이 괜찮았습니다. 화장실이 깨끗해 보이기는한데 찌린내가 좀 심하게 나긴합니다. 8층에 로비가 있고 일하거나 간단한 식사를 하기 좋은 환경이라고 생각합니다, 뷰도 좋아요. 직원은 친절하지 않습니다. 째려보고.. 도움을 요청하려고 스태프룸 노크를 몇번을 해도 안에 있으면서 문열고 도와주려 하지 않더군요. 제가 문을 열고 도움을 청하니 통역기로 문열지말라고 뭐라하는게 어이가 없었습니다. 표정도 매우 불친절합니다. 추가 숙박을 하려고 도움을 구하고자 했는데 직원의 태도를 보고 추가 숙박하지 않고 다른 숙소로 옮겼습니다.

6박7일이라는 긴 스케줄을 함께한 충분히 안전하고 깨끗한 숙소였어요. 위치도 정말 좋아 신오쿠보역에서 어디든 이동가능했고 신주쿠 지역까진 느긋하게 도보로도 가능했어요. 어메니티로는 공용 샤워실의 샴푸, 린스, 바디클렌저까지 완벽. 단 치솔치약은 제공하지 않고 자판기 100엔으로 판매하는데 진짜 일회용 정도니까 2박 이상 머무실 분은 꼭 양치질세트를 미리 준비하도록 하세요.타올은 늘 충분하게 제공해 주시는데 조금 아쉬웠던건 타올가루(?)가 샤워 후 몸에 많이 묻어서 떼어 내야 했네요. 위치나 청결도 가격면에서 솔로여행객에게는 충분한 숙소였습니다. 추천합니다.

This place is terrible. It's so noisy, there is no air conditioning in the capsules, and you can barely breathe. It's not as clean as it should be. There is no changing room, so you have to change your clothes in the hallway or the toilet. And the worst part is that even though you paid for 5 days, they close the showers from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You return to your capsule late at night, exhausted, and then a very loud and disturbing announcement plays every morning at 10 a.m., which won't let you sleep at all. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Do not go to this place. Just pay an extra 100–200 and save yourself from this misery.

Not the most clean of places and my cousin got the same room and locker as someone else when we arrived. It took them about an hour to change his room to a different one. Also you won't get much sleep if someone on your floor snores because there's no privacy except for a light cloth separating you. Only stayed there one night luckily.

Easy to navigate. Go up to the 8th floor and check in. Then use your gender elevator with your QR code. You have to go to the 8th floor every single time you want to go to your floor. 7/11 is next door to the left and Family Mart is a few shops to the right. The train station is about a 4 min walk, and one of the easier stations to navigate. This stop has an EKI stamp. I got the breakfast included, which is okay. Had to walk quite a bit to get to DOTOUR. Easy process, just hand them your ticket and they'll give you the options. 9th floor is a great view, do try to keep the noise level down... some locals go there to do work or study. They didn't complain but its courtesy.

there was a really nice man who works here from sri lanka! he always works late at night, i feel bad for him, but truly his service was amazing- 5/5! the other workers however… there’s a lot left to be desired… one of the female workers unnecessarily has an attitude and is unhelpful, it could be a racism thing to be honest. i stayed here for 5 nights, and on the day of check out needed to store my luggage for only 1 hour before going to the airport—not only did she say I can’t do that, but she also KICKED me out of the lobby and said I couldn’t wait there for an hour since I’ve checked out. this is so against common standards for hotels. Not to mention, it wasn’t busy and was just plain disrespectful. Also, they allow guests to stay here who harass the other guests—and nothing is done about that. It’s not a luxurious hotel or anything, sure you may encounter weirdos but the workers being rude is just an extra kick. If you can, just go elsewhere honestly, because the sleep quality is not that good either, you can hear everything. also the toilet was often broken.
