Very comfortable in an excellent location. Lots of local amenities and easy access to transport, only 7-8 minutes walk to Shibuya station. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Overall our stay was great! The only minor problem we had was no elevator, but other than that the inside was clean, great for a family of 4, and super cozy. The walk to Shibuya wasn’t the closest but it was okay to get around. Would recommend to those who are okay with walking a little extra home. :)

Cet hébergement était parfait ! Toute la famille s'est sentie à la maison, le quartier est super sympa et tres pratique, Tomoko est très généreux avec tout ce qu'il avait mis à disposition dans l'appartement pour notre arrivée. Nous avons adoré le style japonais traditionnel avec tout le confort moderne et un choix d'oeuvres écléctiques au murs. Une grande joie d'y repenser et d'y revenir. Merci

Authentic City Life Experience

Cute place in the middle of Shibuya. Close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants but far enough to get away from all the noise. Would stay here again if I was traveling to Tokyo.

Pros: good location a shortish walk from Shibuya station. Far enough away that it was quiet. Lots of cool cafes and restaurants nearby. Very clean. Host was in contact to answer any questions. Cons: small and quite dated, especially kitchen and bathroom. We were three and it was crowded with luggage. Four would be very tight. You have to turn on the hot water to shower and let it warm up, and it didn’t last for multiple people taking fast showers. Overall the space was ok, but for a little more $ you could get something more spacious and modern.

Great stay! Great location!

The property has everything you need! It was perfect for my wife and I along with our teenage son. Close to Shibuya and all the action, but far enough away from the busting crowds.

Lovely place to stay. Tomoko was very accommodating and communicative. Place was very clean and the location was great! The juice and snacks near the table were a great touch! Japanese orange juice is very good! Thank you Tomoko!

Overall a great place to stay. Location was great next to a lot of great restaurants. Only complaint is that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. So was reallly hard to drag everything up after a long day of walking. Host was amazing so not there fault and gave us some nice extra food.

Wonderful place!

This apartment worked great for us! The sleeping space was perfect for our family of 4, and the location could not be beat! We were able to run in the mornings at Yoyogi park, and easily walk to Shibuya crossing, etc - while still feeling were in a quiet neighborhood. The shared space to the building is not super clean, but the inside of the apartment was lovely!

Spotless and well appointed apartment

Tomoko’s apartment, though somewhat small for two adults, was certainly bigger than the average hotel room. It was spotlessly clean and generously supplied with all the kitchen and household necessities. The location was great for access to the Shibuya area. There is some street noise from partyers returning home late at night.

felt like home

The location was perfect! There is a walking path one block away that has many awesome spots and leads to the train station. I miss it already!!! I loved the vending machine outside where you can purchase hot or cold coffee. If TV is important to you please note that it is an Amazon firestick.

Cozy home base to explore Tokyo

Walking distance from both Yoyogi Park and Shibuya Station with the famous scramble crossing. Comfortable, convenient and well stocked with tea and some snacks, in addition to the many restaurants and combinis (convenient stores) within 1-5 minutes walk. We couldn't get the pocket Wi-Fi to charge (not a problem, since we had already rented one at the airport), but the house Wi-Fi worked fine. Would consider staying again.
