“This property was exactly what I was looking for to relax and enjoy a weekend near the water. I was able to book a kayak within walking distance of the home, there is also a path that runs along the river right in front of the property for walking, jogging, biking. Local shops are walkable. The large windows and natural light were so peaceful. I literally don’t have one complaint about my stay here. Plenty of towels. Fully stocked kitchen… I’ll absolutely be back!”

“Perfect location for downtown Toledo!”

“Everything was seamless. ”

“Room was very nice and perfect for my time. Price was also great. Very comfortable all around.”

“Towel bar was broken which we were notified about, but dirt and drywall dust on the bathroom floor was left untouched.Entry code we were given never worked, we managed to get another one to work after some 20 minutes standing at the entry door and a few phone conversations with host. It's a "blast from the past" unit with a fresh coat of paint. Exhaust fan in the shower does not work (or we were not able to find a switch?), Bathroom sink still has separate hot and cold water faucets (pre-WW2?),...

“It's a very clean and nice place to stay, we loved it”

“Loved the location of the property the tranquil peaceful surrounding was almost unexplainable by what I felt from grounding and reconnecting with Nature, Also the convience of Maumee State Park and the Beach is literally a 15 minute Drive”

“Very clean and neat, well laid out. Spacious as well.”

“The Host was a great communicator. This place was really clean and tucked in the "downtown" area. The free parking across the street was convenient and close. The only thing I would have to say, is I slept in the "front" room and I did hear every car that went by, and the delivery truck across the street at 5:30am, but my niece stayed in the back bedroom and said she didn't hear a thing, but overall this wasn't a deal breaker for me. The snacks were a nice treat and I would recommend staying...

“Stable WiFi connection meant working remotely wasn't difficult even though I wasn't at home which allowed me focus easily when necessary within this no-fuss setting.”

“Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. ”

“Property overall was great but some of the guests did not respect that people could still be sleeping at 5:30 am. I understand that they were there on a fishing trip but there is no need to continuously slam doors that early in the morning.”
