“My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

The house is old, dirty and smells of pet urine, plus it lacks the essentials to have a family meal if you are cooking. The owner never checked in during our stay, and we had to advise of the issues upon our departure.”

“At the property to be able to attend my high school son‘s graduation. He lives in champaign with his dad.The house was clean accessible. It was less than 10 minutes away from every destination that we need to attend. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.They were little things that would be helpful like having a place to hang up towels and wash clothes after using the shower, maybe a couple of lamps so that the only light in the house wasn’t the overhead lights. ”
