“A very positive surprise as the hotel reached out before informing us that they do live music on weekends and that it can be loud. We heard something but the comfort of the room let us sleep very well and they put as well ear plugs in the room which we didn't need in the end. Very spacious room, clean and with a funky design in a very central location of Wexford. They had a drink water dispenser on the hall way which for me is a huge plus. ”

“The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. “The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. ”

“Lovely stay at lord Beganals. The property is fabulous tastefully decorated and beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. Staff are very friendly special mention to Karen and Kay breakfast team !! Food in restaurant also delicious and freshly prepared very efficient even though it was very busy Sleepy little village with lovely walk along the river If you want to make this place even more special consider adding a spa or pool.
