“We had so much fun! An excellent place to stay close to all the things we wanted to do. We had never been to this area prior to this trip, and found navigation to all the attractions easy!”

“Great place! Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. It was perfect for our stay.”

“We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Nook has a lot of character and is comfortable...especially the bed. Also close to many restaurants and the Niagara River which has a beautiful walking path and reasonable bike rentals. Our hosts, Nino, Derrick and the team have been terrific. We were in the area taking care of a loved one after surgery, had unforeseen circumstances occur and needed to extend our time by several months. They helped us with accommodations that enabled us to stay for the...

“This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and easy to communicate with. My only challenge is I did not realize my reservation was actually booked through Expedia, not Vrbo, which made communications and updates really difficult and confusing, until I...

“We had a fabulous stay! The home is even better in person. Very clean and beautifully appointed. My husband and I and our two adult children stayed for a night before a Bills game. We all slept comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. We will be back!”

“Extremely clean and host was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay”

“Entry was”

“Room and bathroom was old and dirty, with very bad smell. Bed was not clean. Towels were old.”

“Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location”

“Cozy and clean”

“For the good, A/C works, stove worked, refrigerator worked. Unfortunately everything else was subpar, I believe it was rated excellent quality on Expedia due to scam accounts inflating the quality. I was charged in Euros meaning it was even pricier than expected. The room was dirty, really the whole building looks like its rarely cleaned. If the price were $50~$70 it would be acceptable but due to the high rating and the room costing double that amount a night I felt scammed and would not...

“Great host to work with!”

“Wonderfully Stay”

“A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail! The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax .”

“The property was very clean and had everything needed and the host very responsive. I didn’t realize it was a garage/sheds made into a house. It was remodeled very nicely just the different levels inside we had to be careful with my 79 year old mom. In addition there is no yard or outside area to be in which with kids would be nice. The listing is accurate, I just did not catch that. A full length mirror somewhere in house and more hooks to hang towels would be nice!”

“Wonderful stay!!!! Everything was perfect!”
