“I loved staying here! It's a good location and the apartment is nice. This doesn't have a secondary lock so I used a portable lock. The water heater needs maintenance, it was loud and kept me up at night. So I just stopped using the hot water at night. The neighbors were nice too!”

It was clean and nicely organized, and comfortable. It's pretty roomy and had a nice desk set up that made my studying space very functional.Special mention:It's Autumn in Salt Lake City and I am a super cold person. The host said they'd bring an extra blanket, but did me one better and brought the fattest blanket...

“This apartment was so nice! Great instructions and communication were given by the owner. All needed supplies were all there plus more. My husband loved the comfortable mattress and the garage security. I loved the cleanliness, the garden tub, the convenience to downtown Salt Lake City and the large Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. It’s so much better than a hotel room with it’s full kitchen and separate bedroom. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment for your next Salt Lake City...

“This was just perfect for my visit. The apartment is very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Having an on-site, washer and dryer was very helpful. I had no problem with street parking. It was a nice neighborhood, good for my morning walks. Very convenient too a nearby grocery store. I saw that another reviewer mentioned that the bed could use a new mattress and I would agree with that, although I did sleep well while I was there. The skylight was nice, but I would recommend a sleep mask...

“Beautiful property. Wonderful communication. Amenities were impressive. Only drawback was the proximity to the Front Runner/train station. Pretty noisy but nothing our noise cancellation AirPods couldn’t handle. Other than that we were very happy!”

“This place is fantastic! Perfectly located in the heart of Capitol Hill area, walking distance to the best little eateries and shops, and gives a lovely upscale vibe overall. The pool deck and amenities center were top-notch -clean, modern, and fun!Note about the golf simulator...bring your own clubs! Understandably, they don't host a set of clubs, as they would likely get abused and perhaps carried off over time, so be sure to bring your own or rent a set.Definitely a highly recommended...
