“Lovely stay with great communicationOur time at the property was lovely, and communication with the owners was one of the smoothest and most pleasant experiences I’ve had. They stayed in touch and were kind enough to accommodate a last-minute booking request , which I really appreciated.The house was exactly as listed and a good size for a couple or two friends for sure. “The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.”

Great communication as well, as the parking/check-in instructions are a bit complex due to the nature of the space. However, those instructions are thorough and very easy to follow once on site. A fantastic experience overall.”
