“The place says has ac only a fan. It has a very firm mattress if that is for you it is great. I have stayed at other properties they have and loved them but noticed no ac in any so afar. Love the location in mountain with nature around. The host are there by email fast and have a number to talk to you if need talk too.”

“Lisa made check-in and out very easy, stocked the place with games and toys, and was great with our dogs. There was wood for the wood-burning stove (much appreciated, since the mobile home doesn't have central heat or air), and the kitchen was adequately stocked. However, with the small fridge and limited counterspace, it was a bit challenging to cook. The stay was peaceful as it's an old, quiet neighborhood perched on the side of a hill next to Topanga State park, though we were disappointed to...

“Wonderful location, great trails right out the door, creek near by, sounds at night only of frogs and owls. Very nice and responsive hosts. Not for everyone; it is rustic, not elegant -- but exactly what we want. Also a great deal for the price. Having a full kitchen saved us a lot of money. ”
