“Excellent and new facility. Very clean rooms and great location.”

“Unfortunately my stay was not a good one. My room was freezing when I walked in. We were told there was a recent fumigation so the window was left open, and there was a strong storm that hit Istanbul so there was water on the floor. The room smelt as a result. There was no hot water in my room. It was eventually resolved but not until after midnight. And in the morning the internet was not working. The elevator was also out. We were told it was due to the storm but the partner hotel that did...

“Great location and actually so quiet for where it was. So clean. Great for a short stay as rooms are cozy. Exceeded my expectations and would recommend it to friends.”

“Small room but every thing was perfect. The mosr beautiful thing was the restaurant for breakfast: nice view to the city on the roof”

“Poor customer service the place was very dirty. It was not well-maintained. The staff was not helpful. The only positive thing was that they give you toothbrushes besides that I did not have a good experience. The staff was outside staining for approximately 30 minutes for me to leave the hotel at 12 PM sharp. Did not feel feel like a hotel at all!”

“Todo excelente ! Muy buen hotel”

“This was a wonderful catch. A great hotel, beautiful design, elegant… the staff is kind, silent during night… close to the zones of interest as a tourist. Provided great service. If I ever come back to Istanbul I will definitely choose this place again.”
