“The property is well served with supermarkets and other amenities. Beach is 5 minutes walking away and city center 20 minutes. The studio was quite modern. The host is quite communicative and helpful, however the bathroom smelled like sewage which we complained about and the host told us that no one could come to fix it as it was the weekend. “We did receive a location map day on check-in but did not see it in time. Map location and address on website was wrong and took a while to find. Host communicated in German (?) so had to use translation. But most concerning was smell of mold and according to my spouse, perhaps cigarettes? Not a bad place, but not great either”
