“I went as part as my honey moon and it was a disaster. The receptionists barely spoke English. The bathrooms were messy and there were cigarettes butts on the floor in the backyard. The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned either as I saw bugs in the coffee machines. I think the villa wasn’t rented for a while because when I turned on the water, it was brown for a few minutes, and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. I had to shower cold. “Our stay was amazing! We had booked last minute due to an unfortunate experience at a terrible resort and I wish we had been here from the beginning of our trip. The staff were always friendly and all areas were kept clean. The room was lovely and the decor of the entire property was a dream. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to go back to a pleasant room after being in the busy centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
