Gîte 'Clos Robin' with private terrace, private garden and Wi-Fi

Clos Robin welcomes you to Torcé-Viviers-en-Charnie, in the heart of the Mayenne countryside, on the edge of the Charnie forest between Mayenne and Sarthe. This 700 m² gîte, a former farmhouse renovated in 2014, can accommodate up to 89 guests in 14 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Three rooms are accessible for guests with reduced mobility and have their own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for groups, and you have Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a high chair at your disposal. Breakfast is available for an extra fee. The entire property is accessible on one level.



Outside, enjoy the private garden and the uncovered private terrace, perfect for gathering in the fresh air. A shared barbecue and ping-pong table are available, as well as a bicycle for exploring the surroundings.



There are 14 shared parking spaces on site. Events are permitted. The gîte offers a large reception hall for up to 130 guests, with a dance floor and a large fireplace with rotisserie—ideal for weddings, parties, family gatherings, birthdays, or business seminars.
