I paid for parking and was sent an email that the garage fob was with the apartment key. It was not. Globalstay did not respond to phone calls and I had to wait for an email that gave me the location of the fob. In the meantime, we were out in subzero weather trying to deal with parking. There was a light out, exhaust fan didn’t work, minimal lighting in the bedroom that didn’t work well and dog poop on the balcony. i reported all and they sent a housekeeper who just wanted to argue that the light was working when we checked in. Also, unlike every other place, Globalstay actually processes a charge to your credit card for the security deposit and you have to wait for a refund. The apartment description said that the apartment tv had satellite channels and streaming. There were not any satellite channels and streaming only works if you have an account with one that works in Canada. With the storm coming, I was trying to find news about it.
