Overall rating of 3-been travelling the past few yrs and 5 star units have most everything new in their units. In this unit wall to wall rug outdated upstairs and could use a good thorough cleaning - stairway very stained and some stains in bedrooms, a kitchen cupboard moved to another wall in kitchen but where it originally was you could see old paint underneath and this area was not repainted to the colour of kitchen, both bathrooms need cleaning at sides of the vanities and behind toilets. Some general renos needed. Upstairs bathroom showerhead was very loose and moved a lot when trying to change the water settings, water pressure was good. Glass stovetop was very dirty with baked on food on burners. Washer not working, no hot tub.
Pros- very spacious semi & would accommodate easily 8 people with 4bedrooms(3Queen,1double) with large closets, hampers, hangers and towels hangers! All beds appeared to have new mattresses, some very firm and would recommend memory foam toppers made available for those who do not like firm mattresses.
Kitchen was very well equipped with new coffee maker, air fryer, pot set, cookies sheets, glass casserole dishes plates and cutlery, assortment of teas and coffee and a teapot. Unit could use a potato masher, large drinking glasses, a few spatulas, steak knives for dinners requiring cutting utensils, was only one fry pan and a knife block for an assortment of knives especially if people are preparing meals. Appeared new, BBQ, couch, coffee table.
