Free on-site parking is available for guests. The driveway can comfortably accommodate multiple vehicles, making it convenient for families, groups, and business travelers arriving by car.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main and upper levels of the home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, backyard, deck, gazebo, BBQ, and outdoor seating areas.
The property also includes free on-site parking for your convenience.
Please note that there is a separate basement suite occupied by long-term residents. The basement has its own private entrance and is completely independent from the main home. Guests and basement occupants do not share any indoor living spaces.
The backyard is a shared outdoor space. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of one another and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during evening hours.

• This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

• No parties, events, large gatherings, or excessive noise are permitted.

• Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, and remediation charges.

• Guests use all amenities, indoor and outdoor spaces, stairs, decks, and parking areas at their own risk. The hosts assume no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

• Free parking is provided for registered guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Please ensure vehicles are locked and valuables are not left visible.

• Check-out time must be respected. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees, especially if they impact our cleaning schedule or incoming guests.

• If using the BBQ, please never leave it unattended while in operation. Ensure it is turned off completely after use.

• Guests are expected to clean the BBQ after use. If the BBQ is left in excessively dirty condition requiring additional cleaning, extra charges may apply.

• Please report any damage, maintenance concerns, or accidental breakages as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.

• Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been obtained.

• Please turn off lights, electronics, and small appliances when leaving the home and ensure all doors and windows are secured.

• Any excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the property, stains, garbage left behind, smoking, or failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges.
