All 3 bedrooms have comfortable beds - one king bed and two queen beds. Fresh linens are provided when you arrive and there is a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. Netflix and high speed wifi is at your fingertips!

Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared accommodations here.

My property managers are regularly in the area as well.

Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping.

After booking all guests will need to be registered including names and contact information.

Please be mindful of my neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after hours. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the suite. Checkout time is at 11 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

From November-May the outdoor kitchen/bbq and seating is not available. The outdoor area is still accessible but the cushions are put away and the area is not cleaned or maintained.

The master bedroom on the top floor does not have blinds/curtains.

🧼 Please return the house in the same condition you found it, aside from standard cleaning.
