Clean welcoming residence to use as a base as you walk and explore Toronto. Is about a 40 minute walk to Roger’s centre but a nice walk as there is multiple routes/ things to do along the way.

Modern accomodations right downtown within walking distance of everything. The included parking was amazing for being so close to downtown. The communication was beyond awesome. I had to get in contact at 5:30am because I forgot the code and I got an immediate response. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Good location conveniently located close to TTC and streetcars. We enjoy walking so walked to most of the major attractions downtown, University of Toronto and even to Casa Loma (1 hr walk). Definitely suitable for a family stay.

We had a great time ! The apartment is small, but perfectly spaced for 3 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed was big and comfy for the kids. Being on the 10th floor, the view was beautiful. The communication with the host was easy. The fully stocked kitchen and being walking distance to most of the city’s attractions was very practical. Big bonus for the included underground parking lot, where we left the car for the duration of our stay. The traffic in Toronto is no joke, so we are very happy that we didn’t have to use the car. The metro, buses and tramways were useful in the evenings, after a full day of walking around. We would come back here and highly recommend this apartment !

Great location in a newer building in downtown toronto. Better value than getting 2 hotel rooms for 4 of us to stay. Views were great. Accomodations were comfortable. Host was quick and responsive to questions and suggestions!

What made our stay so great was the owner's responsiveness. The apartment was lacking in a few things, for example dish towels. But once I let Andrea know, she sent some new towels right away. The apartment is comfortable and fairly clean. Apartment shows some wear and tear (e.g hood fan not working, sliding door to the bedroom not working) but overall it was good enough. Again, I've let Andrea know and she is very responsive and receptive to feedback. For that, I give 5 stars! Just a note on the area though...it's just outside the nicer parts of downtown. Still a good area, as it's close to a lot of amenities (grocery stores, subway), but just felt a little rough (witnessed someone trying to steal a bike on our first night, saw a guy kicking a woman, saw another guy who seemed high and kicking at a door). Once we got inside our unit though, it was all good. Security guard right at the entrance.

We had a wonderful stay at The Garden. The accommodations were very nice and clean, and we especially appreciated the free parking. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The location in downtown Toronto was excellent—just minutes from the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city!Communication with the host was excellent. They checked in with us several times throughout our stay and made both the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.

Very nice apartment. Building conveniently located. Staff very responsive. Parking was awesome. Short term guests were not allowed to use building amenities such as the workout room and rooftop deck. It would have been nice to use them but those were not advertised or expected.

Excellent séjour!

La communication avec la gestionnaire était en tout temps parfaite, tout comme l'appartement ; très propre, décor moderne et chaleureux, et commodités impeccables. Convient aux petites familles ou deux couples. Mention spéciale à Andrea pour sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Check-in et check-out très facile, l'immeuble est également très sécuritaire avec portier (concierge) sur place. Il est finalement très avantageux d'avoir le stationnement intérieur inclus. À 15 minutes de marche du carrefour Yonge Street/Eaton Center, 10 minutes en voiture du Distillery District. Je recommande fortement.
