This property provided a nice place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. Rooms were clean and all the necessities you would expect were provided.

This house is a very nice and clean house. Donald the host was extremely responsive and available. On our last two days we had an issue with the heater and water heater and he did his best to help. Brought space heaters for us to help

We were very disappointed with this stay. The overall feel of the place just wasn’t comfortable, and several details were not as expected.The driveway is actually off Woodspring, not as listed, and the property has lock boxes and locks everywhere, which created an unwelcoming first impression. While the pictures are somewhat accurate, the space feels much more cluttered in person.There is no truly usable seating area to watch TV. One television is in the dining room, and the other is positioned so far off to the side of the living room area, with a twin bed placed awkwardly beside it, that it isn’t viewable. To be fair, the listing doesn’t provide clear photos of the living room area, and we now understand why. The living room furniture has poorly fitted slipcovers, covering noticeably tattered furniture. Overall, all furnishings feel like a collection of random items used to fill the rooms rather than an intentional, comfortable setup.The beautiful scenic photo shown in the listing is not actually on the property; it’s taken from across the road looking toward the driveway off Woodspring.Although the home was clean, it didn’t offer the level of comfort or quality we expected for the price. If all you need is a place to sleep with access to a kitchen, it will do the job. However, we came to spend time with friends, and the space did not allow for that in the way we hoped.Overall, this stay was not what we were expecting.

Rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. Close to shopping areas.Kitchen has everything you need, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker. Rooms were clean and well kept. We didn’t use it but it has washer and dryer in the upper level. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds in the 3 available bedrooms. Well stocked bathrooms with shampoo conditioner and body wash.

Wonderful Way to Visif Toronto!

We really enjoyed our stay! Each guest had their own bed and bathroom which was a huge plus after a full day of travel. Because the property is about an hour outside of the city center, be prepared to explore Newmarket a little more. However, we loved this home. It has everything you need for your trip. Donald is a great host and keeps the home in great shape for each stay. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this property. Donald was extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. House was large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great value for the rental price!

Not what it was supposed to be

Stairs to the front door of the property were dangerous. Many rooms were locked off limits, and realtor lock boxes were set outside bedrooms so this was not truly set up as a VRBO, but obviously listed as rooms to rent instead of the whole home. Master bedroom was supposed to have King sized beds (photo on the listing), but these turned out to be just twin sized which necessitated quick rearrangements on our arrival. Kitchen was not well stocked (e.g. red solo cups instead of proper glasses), and furniture was all very old, broken down and torn giving us nowhere to sit and relax. The bathrooms were all fairly newly, nicely redone. The hot water wasn't working in one bathroom, but the co-host had it fixed the afternoon of the second day of our stay.

The place was pretty nice and looked like the photos, and the location worked well for us. It just could’ve been a bit cleaner—nothing major, but a few spots felt like they were missed during cleaning.

Maison parfaite pour nos besoins

Dans l’ensemble la maison répondait bien à nos besoins, avec de grandes chambres et nombreuses salles de bain. La cuisine aurait besoin d’un peu d’amélioration pour les équipements disponibles, mais rien de dramatique. Merci!
