Villa Alegre, Mar Menor Golf

This lovely, family-friendly detached villa with heated private pool is very near to the hotel on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, so is situated in an excellent location. 

The villa is perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday and is an excellent choice for families and couples alike. There is air conditioning in all rooms (which provides heating in cooler months), together with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. 

At the front of the property, there is a shaded driveway, then upon passing through the front door, you enter the large, light and spacious lounge/diner. This has a modern TV with a choice of TV channels (similar to UK Freeview), plus channels in other languages, and free fibre Wi-Fi. 

At the rear of the lounge there are large sliding patio doors leading out to a private covered terrace, perfect for escaping the sun if you wish to. From here, there is an excellent sized, recently-installed, pool (which can be heated at an additional cost). 

The galley style kitchen is well equipped and semi open-plan to the lounge. The kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge–freezer, kettle, a Nespresso De’Longhi coffee machine and all cookware — ideal for self-catering holidays.

The owners have provided variety of equipment for children, including children’s plates and cutlery, and a small selection of toys and books.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a 160cm wide, king sized bed, with a window overlooking the rear garden. From here, there is access to the recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, vanity washbasin, and a toilet. To the front of the villa, there is another good sized bedroom, again with ample storage space. It has two single beds, that can also be zipped together to make a super king sized bed. Right next to this bedroom, the recently updated family shower room is located. It has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin with vanity unit, and toilet. 

The layout of the villa makes it ideal for two couples sharing, or for a family. There is a wonderful sun terrace on top, with views over the countryside.
