LOLA combines the comfort of a private apartment with the facilities of a premium beachfront resort. Its greatest advantage is its 60 m² private terrace and garden with direct access to the swimming pools and beach.

There are no corridors, elevators or shared entrances between the apartment and the outdoor areas. You can walk barefoot back from the beach, return from the pool in your swimwear or let the children move easily between the garden and pool area.

For families, this layout is particularly convenient: parents can relax on the terrace while remaining close to the children's pool and play areas, without the risks associated with elevated terraces.

THE APARTMENT

LOLA is a spacious one-bedroom apartment designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor living.

The master bedroom is one of the largest in the resort, with high ceilings and enough space for a baby cot if required.

The open-plan living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen with central island. The living area includes a sofa bed and a large 75" Smart TV.

The contemporary bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The entire apartment is on one level, with no internal steps.

PRIVATE TERRACE & GARDEN

More than 60 m² of private outdoor space makes LOLA particularly unusual among one-bedroom apartments in the resort.

The garden provides direct access to the swimming pools, landscaped gardens and beach, without having to cross the building.

The northeast orientation means the terrace naturally becomes shaded during summer afternoons, making it much more comfortable during the hottest part of the day and helping keep the apartment cool.

Mature hedges provide excellent privacy while maintaining views towards the landscaped pool area.

IMPORTANT – SEASONAL POOLS

Outdoor swimming pools are open from June through September and on weekends during May.

From October to May, the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath operate during the winter season.

There is therefore at least one swimming pool available throughout the year.

Guests must follow the rules displayed at the entrances to the pools and gyms.

LOCATION – LOS ÁLAMOS, TORREMOLINOS

LOLA offers an excellent location for enjoying the Costa del Sol without needing a rental car.

Los Álamos train station is approximately 500 metres away.

From there:

• Málaga Airport – approximately 5 minutes by direct train
• Málaga city centre – approximately 15 minutes by direct train
• Plaza Mayor shopping and leisure centre – one train stop

Uber, Bolt, Cabify and taxis are also normally available within minutes.

CHECK-IN & SECURITY

Security, privacy and peaceful living are core values of this residential community.

Before arrival, all guests, including children, must complete the mandatory guest registration required under Spanish law. We will send you a secure online form before check-in.

When arriving at the resort, security staff may verify the identity of guests entering the property to ensure that it corresponds with the information previously provided.

Once inside the resort, the apartment offers convenient self check-in. Before arrival, we will provide detailed instructions and a video explaining the process.

We live only a few minutes from the apartment, allowing us to respond quickly should you need assistance during your stay.

HOUSE RULES

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere enjoyed by residents and guests:

• Please avoid excessive noise, particularly after 11:00 p.m.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Pets are not permitted unless specifically agreed with us in advance.
• All guests must complete the legally required registration before access can be granted.
• Resort pool and gym rules must be respected.

If the mandatory legal registration is not completed, access to the property cannot be granted.
