“The room was comfortable and clean but unfortunately the tv remote did not turn on the tv. so i rang down and a staff member came and helped me out by switching the tv on behind the tv. he was most apologetic they did not have the right batteries. Meal was lovely and staff were great and most helpful.”

“The location suited the purpose of our trip (it is located out in the suburbs). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Large shopping centre located within walking distance which was very convenient. Rooms very quiet and we did not have any issues with outside noise. Plenty of parking onsite. Check in staff friendly and our room was ready early which was good as we arrived on an early flight. We would stay here again.”

“They should’ve been a rubber mat in the bottom of the bath. It was very slippery.”

“En todo momento tuve completa privacidad. Las comodidades del hotel eran excelentes. ”

“Great location, great staff just a bit dated although overall a great spot to be.”

“Es una sala de juegos con 14 habitaciones muy justas en el piso superior, no un hotel como tal. No hay recepcion, debes entrar en el casino. No hay ningun servicio (wi-fi, desayuno, recepcion, mini-bar...). Ruidoso, tanto por los coches del parking colindante como por la musica del casino, que cierra a las 3:00 am. Nada recomendable.”

“The room was spotless, staff friendly and helpful, very central the cleaners very quiet in the morning. Kim in the pokie room exceptional, just a beautiful person they are lucky to have such a wonderful employee really enjoy our stays here.”
