“There was not adequate utensils to cook with and there was not one "non-stick" pan to use. The ad claimed there was a queen bed in one of the bedrooms, but it was actually a double bed. Also, the weather stripping on the front door was coming off when we arrived. The arcadia door needs to be sprayed with silicone to slide better. It is a very heavy door and doesn't slide easily. The WiFi reception is extremely poor.”

He did a great welcome to us. The only sour moment we had was at the end when we were leaving on Monday morning. My daughter decided last minute going to the public restroom in the first floor. There was a hotel employee cleaning the women restroom and that adult started calling ugly “names” in spanish to...
