“We really enjoyed this place. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was nice having a stove top and oven for cooking. I love that the bathroom was equipped with nice shampoo instead of the cheapest horrible kind that I find at other places. The bed was very comfortable and nice that it had a charging station on it. “This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere”

“Perfect for a quick 2 night stay, as most of our time was spent outdoors. We have a family of five, and though it was a slightly tight space (but we knew that going into it and we brought an air nattress), it was still worth it due to excellent location to the national park. ”

“Everything about the tiny house was great. The only "problem" is that the clock on the stove is very bright, so make sure you have a bag or cooler that you can place in front of it. We will definitely stay there again when we return to explore Capitol Reef more thoroughly.”

“This is a great alt location to stay in for visiting Capital Reef. Slow lil town. However, no where to eat, so need to grab a bite at the neighboring town of Torrey before settling in. I think the property is only a year or two old, so everything is new and nice.”
