There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room provide a pleasant breeze in summer. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing in the evening.



To reach the street where the apartment is located, it is recommended to take the road from Torri, via Albisano, not from Loc. Loncrino, as it is very narrow and your vehicle may not pass.



The public road leading to the property (about 300 m) is quite narrow and allows only one vehicle at a time. Please drive carefully.

This vacation home features a shared pool, perfect for warm summer days. The beaches are in Torri del Benaco, and you’ll find restaurants in both Albisano and Torri del Benaco. There is a parking space available on the property.



The house is in a quiet area and offers a wonderful lake view.



Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
