The villa, tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 4 people and has two bedrooms with individual air conditioning, one with a double bed and wardrobe, the other with a king size bed, wardrobe and access to the garden. Ensuite bathroom with two windows with lake view, bathtub, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer and sink. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The large and bright living area houses the kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, espresso coffee machine and toaster, and the spacious living room with relaxation area, satellite TV, wifi. The external terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. The villa is located in a panoramic position on the hill of Torri del Benaco, access is via a scenic staircase. The property subject to this advertisement concerns exclusively the ground floor of the villa; the upper portion, built on the hill, belongs to another family.

Parking space in garage for vehicles with maximum height of 175 cm, alternatively an external parking space is available. Pets not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
