Lillviks Stugby is a spacious 3-bedroom cottage with a log burner and a living room with 2 sofa's and TV and DVD player plus Dining table and chairs for 6 and 2 Kayaks 30 metres away at the lakeside.

The cottage features a log fire and central heating, a TV, well-equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a dining area seating 6. There is also a private outdoor terrace with seating furniture and barbecue facilities. The cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people - 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds with new mattresses August 2023. The bathroom features sink, toilet and shower and clothes dryer.

The house is fully sanitized between guests since Covid-19 began and this still continues.

The cottage looks out over lake Brocken. There is a small beach area and pontoon for swimming. The lake and above facilities are approximately 30 meters from the cottage. 2 Kayaks and lifejackets are available to use free of charge, additional kayaks, boats and bicycles are available to hire 5 minutes walk away subject to availability. Please ask for further information if you are interested in these.

The cottage is situated right by Lake Brocken, 7km from Hovfjallet Ski Centre, 18 km from Torsby town centre which has supermarkets, shops and restaurants, Cafe's, swimming pool, golf club and worlds longest indoor cross country ski tunnel. At the ski tunnel you will also find a Frisbee park, roller skating tracks, ice skating, orienteering and outdoor gym and cycling.

Popular summer activities include Hiking, bicycling, bathing and fishing in the lake.
Wintertime activities in the area include skiing at Hovfjället Ski Centre and Husky sledding.

Many activities can be arranged nearby such as Fishing and beaver safaris, mountain biking, guided hiking/walking/ Mushroom hunting trips and nature trails all close by. Kayaks, mountain bikes and SUP can be hired at "The Lodge" 5 minutes walk away. A "Put and Take" trout lake is 5 minutes drive away.

In winter you can ski and try husky sledding and snow mobiles at Hovfjället (7km) . Two more ski resorts are within easy reach (about 50 min's drive), Branäs (54km) and Sunne (60km) and offer more slopes and winter activities like snowmobile hire.

Torsby Golf Club is located 18 km from the property. Torsby Centre is 16km away and has a good range of shops restaurants and super markets. Karlstad city centre, with its shops, restaurants and attractions, is 118 km away.
