The apartment was clean and spacious with a very useful kitchen area (fridge, sink, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine). The location was perfect - the marina, harbour and main city car park were all within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes) and despite the housing density we were not overlooked. It was also pin-drop quiet despite us being there during peak tourist season - we slept well. Lots of shops and restaurants were also within easy walking distance as were a number of supermarkets and bakeries. It was a great base to explore the islands from.

Det var svært at finde ind i lejligheden da guiden var uopdateret. Der lugtede kraftigt af kloak i indgangen. Der var ikke varmt vand eller varme på. Der var rester af mad i skabe, toasteren var meget beskidt, gardinerne var i stykker, lamperne i stuen virkede ikke, stik på lampe i soveværelse var defekt. Alt i alt måtte vi flytte til andet sted for egen regning efter en nat. Vi har normalt rigtig godt at sige om Vert som stod for udlejningen, og de var hjælpsomme med at tage mod klagerne. Kan ikke anbefale stedet.

God moderne centraltbeliggende lejlighed.

Virkelig dejlig lille ny istandsat lejlighed med super beliggenhed. Indrettet med soveværelse, stue og et lille badeværelse. Vi have 3 overnatninger på færøerne i forbindelse med færgerejse til island. Lejligheden ligger lige ved havnen, og var perfekt base for vores udflugter. Eneste opmærksomhedspunkt er parkering. Om natten holdt vi i gaden lige foran huset. Her er 30min parkering men ikke mellem 18 og 09. Så hvis man ikke kom afsted før kl 9, måtte man flytte bilen til den store p-plads på havnen 3 minutters gang fra lejligningen indtil afgang. Her er 8 timers parkering fra 8-18.

Ren og pæn lejlighed med central placering

Pæn og ren lejlighed centralt placeret og med de daglige fornødenheder. Lidt problemer med det varme vand i badet og så var afløbet stoppet. Alt i alt et fint sted men kommunikationen kunne have været meget bedre. Skal man fx medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder? Håndklæder var annonceret men manglede ved ankomst. Til gengæld var der sengetøj som der ikke stod noget om. Den annoncerede parkeringsplads var ikke tilgængelig så vi måtte holde på den store p-plads på havnen. Det var heldigvis lige ved siden af så det var kun irriterende at skulle transportere kufferter den ekstra afstand ved ankomst og afrejse

Property listing is not at all accurate including the address. When you put the address on GPS, it takes you to a different apartment property. We had to call the agent because the code did not work but got lucky that the cleaning crew appeared at the wrong address and took us to the right place. Amenities listed are not in the apartment. There is no microwave or dishwasher. We had a week long stay and had specifically booked this place for its amenities. So it was a huge inconvenience! Washer/dryer is not in the unit and outside and commonly used by other residents. The dryer went on for 3 hours and clothes came out wet. The other dryer is being used as storage ?? Bathroom and bedroom are very tiny so probably not good for more than 2 people. The bathroom got clogged and water leaked out on the floor. There is no outlet for water so water puddled all night until the cleaning crew came in next morning. After cleaning, the crew left the wet towels on the floor. This apartment is not worth the price. The only good thing is the location and its proximity to the harbor and all else including restaurants. It is all walking distance. There is no view if that’s what you care for. We did not use parking.

Om in te checken was wel lastig met zo’n sleutelkastje. Er stond geen nummer op dus moesten we al die kastjes af. Het was ook nog donker. De douche loopt niet goed door.
