“The host, Tom, was excellent. He met us at the airport, even though our flight was 2 hours late, and lead us to the Villa. The views of Brewer's Bay from the deck are amazing. Villa Matija was welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. From relaxing by the pool to breakfast and dinner on the patio, we enjoyed every minute. Tom was quick to respond to questions and requests. He gave us some great suggestions for adventures and tips to make our stay even better. We highly recommend...

“The property was exactly as listed. This is a great space for family, couples, or friends. All rooms have their own full bath, very nice living room and many extras were there for us like bug spray, pool floaters, and lots of towels. We plan to book again if it’s available next time we’re in Tortola. Darren was responsive and accommodating, the view is amazing, and it’s a short ride to town. Make sure you have a 4WD rental because hills are steep. ”

“Absolutely stunning views! Incredible house that truly looks just like the photos! Plenty of space for everyone for both gathering and privacy. This hill is STEEP though and you should definitely take their advice and hire their driver for the entire stay… not every driver is going to make it up that hill! We had a wonderful time and the staff was terrific bringing us all sorts of things when we ran out! Top notch in every way! ”

“The cottage is in great condition and the views from the top during the day are amazing! Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio over-looking the bay. Tina was a great host too and very responsive. My only warning is to anybody renting a car and driving themselves, just know ahead of time, the roads to the cottage (and many other roads on Tortola) are by far the steepest I have ever driven on and not very wide in many parts as well. I was fine and found it to be enjoyable and part of the adventure,...

“Our son and his fiance stayed in the loft unit, we stayed in the sea level. Both were absolutely perfect!! We all couldn't believe the view and were so happy with our choice to stay at Casa Caribe. Everything you need is in these units and both have absolutely stunning views! Our son actually got engaged on the balcony, it was that beautiful! The house has shutter doors that allow all-day breezes, so things were cool and we had no trouble with mosquitos. The place was a haven, quiet and calming. Very private, even with guests in the other house on the property.”
